Contributed to high-level and low-level backend design using a modular monolith architecture.

Worked on database schema design with MSSQL and .NET Core service foundations.

Contributed to CI/CD pipelines, Dockerized deployment, and Azure infrastructure setup.

Helped lead client and engineering discussions, integration decisions, and implementation across payments, enterprise systems, digital access, and AI voice services.

Integrated Amazon Payment Services (APS) and Apple Pay, SAP, Salesforce, HID Digital Access, and ElevenLabs into TENEX workflows.

Worked on AI integration and workflow implementation for a Residential AI Assistant in TENEX for the DIFC+ app.
