FULL-STACK SOFTWARE ENGINEERBASED IN INDIA · EXPERIENCE IN DUBAI

Hey, I’m Rishab.

Apps that work.
Systems that
connect.
*

I build web and mobile apps, connect backend systems, and bring AI into real workflows. From the first conversation to the release, I stay close to the work.

TEAM PROJECT / 2023–2024

Timely Trigger

A timetable generator with notifications, live tracking, and payments. Led a team of four; co-authored a research paper on the project.

OWNERSHIP IS A PRACTICE

Trusted with the work.
And the relationship.

I connect client needs with technical decisions and delivery. I stay involved in the details: helping the team implement the right workflows and keeping stakeholders aligned through release.

01 / TECHNICAL LEADERSHIP

Helping the team move forward.

Architecture discussions, PR reviews, and mentorship. Turning product requirements into a clear implementation plan the team can build and maintain.

02 / CLIENT COLLABORATION

Two trips. A closer perspective.

Two onsite visits to Dubai to work with client stakeholders. Bringing the conversations, priorities, and feedback back into engineering decisions.

03 / RECOGNITION · 2026

Collaboration Award

Recognized by Magure for ownership and client handling. A meaningful marker of the way I approach the people side of delivery.

03 / THE HUMAN BEHIND THE SYSTEMS

A different way in.
A broader way of seeing.

Rishab Lath in Dubai during client work
Raipur, India · Client work in Dubai

I started in digital marketing, then moved into web development and freelancing. That path taught me to connect what people need with what a business is trying to achieve.

Today, I’m an SDE at Magure with tech lead responsibilities. I work across web, mobile, backend, and AI integrations—turning product requirements into working features, making architecture decisions, reviewing code, and supporting the team through delivery.

Two onsite visits to Dubai brought me closer to the client side of the work: listening, aligning expectations, and making decisions together. In 2026, Magure recognized that ownership and client handling with a Collaboration Award.

04 / HOW I WORK

The code is only
part of the job.

Think it through.
Build it properly.
See it through.
01

Understand the problem.

Work directly with product teams and client stakeholders. Understand who the product serves, which workflows matter, and what the client expects before choosing an implementation.

02

Connect the system.

Move between APIs, databases, web interfaces, and mobile apps. Connect technical decisions to the complete user journey, from the interface to the services behind it.

03

Own the delivery.

Review PRs, support the team, handle UAT feedback, and take releases to production—including store submissions and hotfixes.

THE ENGINEERING TOOLBOX

Across the stack.
Connected by design.

Pick a discipline to see the kind
of work I do within it.

Foundations that make the product work.

APIs, data models, access control, and business workflows. I build the foundations behind a product’s user experience, with clear responsibilities and room to evolve.

  • Controllers, services, and repository patterns
  • Modular monolith architecture and HLD / LLD
  • Role-based access, webhooks, and background jobs

AI / DESIGNED FOR THE PRODUCT

Intelligence that fits.
Systems that hold up.

Hands-on AI integration work,
backed by full-stack engineering.

I design and build AI integrations around useful product workflows. For TENEX in the DIFC+ app, I worked on a Residential AI Assistant. I connect AI capabilities to the surrounding application, with attention to the user experience, backend boundaries, and delivery.

01 / CONTEXT & OUTPUTS

Give the model the right job.

Define prompts, relevant context, and structured responses. Plan retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) where answers need application or document knowledge, with source references and access-aware retrieval.

02 / TOOLS & WORKFLOWS

Connect it to the product.

Design tool-calling interfaces around existing backend services. Keep actions scoped, validate inputs and outputs, and include human review where a workflow needs an explicit decision.

03 / QUALITY & OPERATIONS

Plan for the difficult cases.

Define evaluation examples and acceptance criteria. Consider latency, token cost, retries, timeouts, logging, prompt injection risks, and graceful fallback when the model cannot complete a task.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT ASK

Before we
start talking.

What kind of work do you take ownership of?

I take product requirements through implementation and delivery across web, mobile, backend, and AI integrations. That includes architecture contributions, PR reviews, mentorship, client collaboration, and production releases.

How do you lead technical work?

As a Software Development Engineer with tech lead responsibilities, I help shape architecture, review implementation, mentor developers, and align engineering decisions with client needs.

How did digital marketing and freelancing shape your work?

They made me more attentive to business goals, communication, and expectations. I bring that perspective into engineering by looking at the reason behind a requirement and staying close to the people asking for it.

How can you help with an AI integration?

I design and implement AI integrations and workflows. At Magure, I worked on the Residential AI Assistant in TENEX for the DIFC+ app. I can help connect AI capabilities to application workflows and plan the API boundaries, context, permissions, review steps, and evaluation criteria around them.

Can I see your client project source code?

Client source code stays private. You can explore my personal projects on GitHub, and I’m happy to discuss the engineering decisions behind my client work while respecting confidentiality.

What is the best way to get in touch?

Email me at reshablath@gmail.com or connect on LinkedIn. A little context about the project, role, or question is a useful place to start.

HAVE SOMETHING IN MIND?

Let’s build
something useful.↗

A product, an AI integration, a technical challenge,
or a conversation about what comes next.
